BOHO Bundles- Not provided * Any style can be made boho with curly bundles however you will need to provide your own* Suggestions are in my Instagram boho highlight. I charge hourly rate for each service going over service duration for boho looks. Hourly rate= Service price divided by displayed service duration

DEPOSITS and Squeeze Ins Fees…
Deposits are 25% of the service total and are nonrefundable. Remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival in CASH ONLY. (Zelle is the only payment alternative) BeforeI complete your service, you need to pay the remaining balance.
If I cancel personally, you will be refunded immediately.
"SQUEEZE INS" are $100 and only on Saturdays which is my day off.
Before/After hour appointments are an additional $40. These are appointments that are and or continue outside of my work hours for the day/ time unavailable on my calendar

You’re not sick or will STILL be recovering from being sick during the time of your appointment

Your hair is AT LEAST 4 inches around your entire head. If you arrive with less than 4 inches, you will be turned away and your deposit will not be refunded/transferred :(
Grace period…

After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled. The client and stylist are given the same grace.

Please text me and let me know that you'll be running late beforehand so we can determine whether or not I can service you that day and if so, there is a late fee of $15 and $1 for every minute you're late after that grace period. Same applies to the stylist

If you do plan to show early, patiently wait in the waiting area in front of the salon until the time of your service.

You have up until 24 HRS on the dot before your scheduled appointment to reschedule

You may reschedule once using the same deposit within 30 days of the original date to retain that deposit. After that, the deposit is forfeited and you'd need to book with a new deposit

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by hitting the drop-down menu then log in or sign up. From there all of your appointments will be displayed, and you can cancel or reschedule based on the availability listed.

Rescheduling same day will result in you forfeiting your deposit.

PREP:

If you're a natural client, hair needs to be completely dry, detangled and stretched into no more than 2-4 braids *not twists please*
THE BETTER YOU PREP THE BETTER THE OUTCOME OF YOUR STYLE
*If you book a service, that is the service that you will be receiving upon arrival. I prep the hair before arrival. I do not customize colors. This means book length accordingly and mention designs and add ons in your notes during booking process. Changes cannot be made day of. Pls contact me at least 48 hrs ahead if changes need to or can be made to your service.
Forewarning
I do need to make my clients aware. I am required to pray 5x a day for religious reasons of course. They are however very short 5-10 minutes long. Only 3-4 will occur during business hours and are preformed at certain times so I wouldn't be gone for long periods of time. The total added up during an appointment would be 10-15 minutes that is spread throughout an entire service. However if you are uncomfortable I completely understand and would refrain from booking.
You have 72 hrs after the service is completed to alert me if dissatisfied with a service. If it's an actual maintenance issue, leave the style be and alert me as soon as possible so I can fix it at my next availability. If you just don't like the service you chose, unfortunately there is nothing I can do.
